where do orders ship from?
CACTVS is based in Australia. All orders are shipped from her Melbourne studio via Australia Post.
do you ship internationally?
Heck yeah we do! CACTVS ships worldwide so everyone can grab our latest works no matter where they are!
Does my order include tracking?
Here at CACTVS we want all of your orders, no matter how big or small, to get to you safely!
All orders that are shipped within Australia include Tracking!
All international orders with a shipping cost of $25 or more will include tracking.
International orders of one or two greeting cards or a single brooch/pin/sticker pack will not include tracking.
We cannot take responsibility for orders lost in the post, so we urge International customers to opt for Tracked shipping, by selecting more than one of these items.

When will my order be shipped?
CACTVS is an independent label, meaning every single order is lovingly hand packaged and shipped by CACTVS herself. For this reason we usually only ship once per week.
All orders are shipped every Monday or Tuesday, so please place your order by Midday Sunday to be included in the next shipment batch.
For handmade items, such as exclusive CACTVS acrylic jewellery, processing times can take up to 10 business days as every item is often hand made to order.
During special events (product launches and sales) or occasions (Hallmark Holidays) processing times may take a little longer. Depending on how many orders are placed, it might take 1-14 business days for your order to be shipped.
If you would like your order prioritised for a gift or special occasion, please contact us, and we will do our best to accomodate if it does not interfere with our schedule. This does not include orders placed within the Christmas period.
Please note that this does not change shipping time frames and we suggest also opting for express shipping if need be.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Australia
Standard: Expected delivery is 2-4 business days to most locations after your order is dispatched.
Express: Expected delivery is one business day to most locations after your order is dispatched.
International
Standard: Expected delivery is 5-14 business days to most countries after your order is dispatched, however can take up to one month to some locations.
Express: Expected delivery is a min. of 4 business days to most countries after your order is dispatched.

what happens if my order goes missing?
Here at CACTVS we provide tracking on all orders within Australia and all orders with a shipping cost of $25 or more on international orders, to do our best to help your purchases arrive safely. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of Australia Post.
i gave you the wrong address, what can i do?
If you provided the wrong shipping information, please get in contact as soon as you can. We are happy to change the shipping address for you if your order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it is out of our hands. Being a small business, we cannot afford to offer refunds due to incorrect information being provided. Please take care and triple check all shipping information when placing your order.
my item is damaged, what can be done?
The CACTVS team takes quality control very seriously, and want the highest quality products for our customers. Only the best of the best is chosen for our online orders, and we take great care in all packaging to ensure it is safe during transit. If you notice a fault in your order please contact us, and we will do our best to help!

Refunds
Do you accept returns?
All purchases made are final once payment has been accepted! All item descriptions, prices, sizes, and details are made clear on the listing, so be sure to read them before finalising your purchase. All product photos are colour corrected to provide realistic colour representation. Please note that colours may differ from screen to screen.
For this reason we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
I accidentally chose the wrong item or size, what can i do?
If you accidentally selected the wrong size, or product variation (ie. the wrong greeting card or the wrong tote bag colour) please contact us within 24 hours. If your order has not yet been packaged or sent we may be able to correct your order, depending on stock levels. If your requested item change is not in stock and payment has been made, we cannot offer a refund.
